  • Your tickets will be emailed to you approximately 5 days before the concert, if you haven't received your tickets 48 hours before the date of the concert please contact the Zendesk

  • Hospitality Doors Open: 17:00

    Food Service Ends: 19:30

    We are unable to guarantee that food will be available after 19:30*

    Last Entry to the Stadium: 21:30

    Anyone arriving after 21:30 will not be able to access the stadium

Vehicles parked in these areas may be subject to enforcement, and assistance cannot be provided by Arena staff or security.

    Only pre-booked Arena car parks are officially supported for this event.

  • Where can I find my tickets?

    Your tickets will be emailed to you approximately 5 days before the concert, if you haven't received your tickets 48 hours before the date of the concert please contact the Zendesk

    Can I have an exchange or refund?

    Unfortunately Hospitality Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for this Concert. Please contact the ZenDesk with any queries regarding your booking.

    What time does Hospitality open?

    Hospitality rooms will open at 17:00

    If your hospitality package includes food, you need to have arrived at the venue by 19:30 after this time we are unable to guarantee that food will be available

    Are there any age restrictions?

    Hospitality seats – 5+, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
