Coventry Building Society Arena extend a welcome to all visitors of our venue. We have a range of seating options available, including accessible wheelchair bays and ambulant seating.

Our team is always happy to advise anyone visiting the venue to ensure they have the best seats suitable for their requirements.

Assisting your needs

The Arena recognises the individual needs of our visitors and endeavors to provide reasonable adjustments to accommodate our visitors wherever possible.

Companion tickets

The Arena is able to issue companion tickets to visitors where required

Complimentary companion tickets are available on the submission of supporting documentation

The Arena's complimentary companion ticket policy accepts any of the following types of documentation;

  • Proof of entitlement of enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment – mobility or care component (PIP)

  • Proof of entitlement of Severe Disablement Allowance

  • A copy of registrations documents that certify registered blind or registered partially sighted

  • War pension certificate

Please be advised,

  • We do not accept Blue/Orange badges as proof of disability

  • Due to current legislation, some proof of disability documentation is dated so it may be necessary for you to submit new documentation on request

  • A companion ticket is not eligible to gain entry to any of our events unless in attendance with a visitor who has purchased an accessible ticket

Facilities for visitors requiring wheelchair access

The Arena has up to 86 wheelchair-designated positions throughout the stadium bowl, located in the West, East, North, and South stands.

A fixed chair position is located next to each wheelchair bay for your comfort and assistance.

The number of wheelchair positions available for indoor arena concerts and events is dependent upon the capacity of the arena as designated by the local safety advisor group.

The Arena requests that visitors bring their own wheelchair, the venues health and safety policy requires that visitors attending in a wheelchair remain in their wheelchair during the event.

Facilities for ambulant disabled visitors

The Arena recognises that accessible seating should be made available to those with visible and non-visible disabilities and conditions

Specific seating locations have been identified which are best suited for a variety of accessibility requirements

Step-free access is available within the stadium bowl via concourse entrances

Accessible seating is provided in these areas as close to stadium entry points as possible with a limited number of steps to negotiate wherever possible

Entrance into the Indoor Arena, Coventry is directly through the main atrium of the venue, providing easy access with minimal queuing

Guide dogs are permitted within the stadium bowl, however, if attending with a guide dog we would also recommend contacting us directly in advance of your visit to discuss your best point of access and the welfare of your guide dog before, during, and after the event

In keeping with the guidelines suggested by Level Playing Field, accessible tickets to the Arena will always be charged based upon the standard price class for their age category.

Attendees using a wheelchair bay will be charged the standard ticket price for their age category.

Wheelchair bay viewing is also available in our hospitality areas, subject to availability.

Facilities for visitors with temporary mobility restrictions

We will always do our best to accommodate those with temporary mobility restrictions

We always advise any visitors who have broken legs, recently had operations etc. to contact us in advance of their visit to see what options are available to ensure you can still attend your event.

Car parking facilities

A limited number of car parking spaces are available at the Arena on an event-by-event basis

All parking is available on a first–come–first–served basis so we advise booking parking as far in advance as possible.
