At Coventry Building Society Arena, your safety is our priority.

We work closely with a range of partners, including West Midlands Police, to ensure that your visit is safe and enjoyable.

All our staff, from our highly-trained security team to our customer service representatives, play a vital role in keeping visitors safe.

We have a range of security measures in place throughout the venue, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

While all operational security measures may not be visible, please be assured that they are ongoing, usually behind the scenes.

On Thursday 3 April 2025, the landmark legislation known as Martyn’s Law - officially titled the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill - became law.
