Coventry Building Society Arena offers a number of suites that can accommodate banquets for up to 3600 guests. All our lounges can be used for a wide range of functions such as award ceremonies. Offering fully licensed bars, ample onsite parking as well as designated drinks reception areas.
We offer award-winning catering to suit a variety of tastes so you can be sure your guests experience superb food combined with first-class service.
You will receive a dedicated Event Planner who will cover every detail of your event and will advise you on a number of preferred suppliers, including AV, marketing, and dressing.

Your tickets will be released approximately 5 days before the event, so please ensure they’re ready for scanning on arrival.
Last entry is at 20:30, and your hospitality area will remain open for up to one hour after the event concludes.

Flame-seared beef patty, aged chilli cheese, smoked chipotle mayonnaise, served in a toasted artisan brioche bun
Heritage Beetroot Burger (Vegan)
Roasted beetroot and pulse patty, house-pickled vegetables, smooth hummus, finished with vegan aioli

Important – Unauthorised Parking
Please do not park in nearby unauthorised car parks or surrounding streets, as these areas are not managed or overseen by Coventry Building Society Arena and may form part of a local residents’ parking scheme. Vehicles parked in these areas may be subject to enforcement, and assistance cannot be provided by Arena staff or security.
Only pre-booked Arena car parks are officially supported for this event.

Caps
Flipflops or sliders
Smart jeans, tailored shorts and smart trainers are permitted.
Members and guests may be refused admission, or be asked to leave, if they do not adhere to the dress code.
For children under 12 years, the dress code is relaxed.

Coventry Building Society Arena is in the heart of the UK with excellent transport links to London, Birmingham and the Midlands. The venue is within two hour’s drive of 75 per cent of the country.
By rail, Coventry is 55 minutes from London and 20 minutes from Birmingham Airport, with easy access to the M6 and wider motorway network.
