What time should fans arrive?
Doors will open at 18:00, and NO overnight queuing or camping is permitted. We strongly encourage early arrival to help reduce queues and ensure a smooth entry process. Please make sure you use the gate specified on your ticket, as entry will only be allowed through your designated gate.

Dropoff & Pickup
All taxis, Ubers, and ride-share vehicles will be directed to Arena Shopping Park only, and no pick-ups will be permitted outside the Arena.
Please note that Judds Lane will be closed to vehicles at the end of the event, so it will not be accessible for collection. Follow event signage and steward instructions when exiting the Arena.

Ticketing, Box Office & Accessible
Please ensure you have your digital tickets ready before arriving at the Arena. For any queries or issues with your tickets, your ticket provider is the first point of contact and will be able to assist you directly.
If you have purchased accessible tickets, your ticket will clearly state which gate you have been allocated for entry. Please ensure you use the designated accessible gate shown on your ticket.
All accessible platforms are now fully booked, and we are unable to accommodate additional requests on the night of the event.

Important – Unauthorised Parking
Please do not park in nearby unauthorised car parks or surrounding streets, as these areas are not managed or overseen by Coventry Building Society Arena and may form part of a local residents’ parking scheme. Vehicles parked in these areas may be subject to enforcement, and assistance cannot be provided by Arena staff or security.
Only pre-booked Arena car parks are officially supported for this event.

14+ (Under 18s must be accompanied by a ticket holder aged 18 or over)
What food and drink will be available?
A wide range of food and drink will be available in the atrium and hall at Coventry Building Society Arena. Please note that Coventry Building society Arena is a CASHLESS venue.
How to get to Coventry Building Society Arena
By car
Parking is available at the Arena for the event.
Coventry Building Society Arena operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. Pre-booking parking is essential and should be booked in advance here.
There is strictly no parking in Tesco at Arena Park for the event, with residential parking restrictions also in place.
Rail
Trains will be operating from Coventry Arena station in both directions between Coventry and Nuneaton.

Ensuring a Safe Experience: What to Avoid Bringing
Security checks will be conducted at all entrances. All persons and bags are subject to search, and the Arena uses walkthrough detectors as part of the screening process. Please allow additional time for entry and follow steward instructions when approaching gates.

Safety and security
Your safety is our priority. We work closely with West Midlands Police as part of Project Servator, which involves visible policing and security measures across the Arena to help create a safe and secure environment for everyone.
If you see something that doesn’t feel right, please speak up. Even a small concern can be important.

Food & Drink
Bars and food stands will be open throughout the evening, offering a range of food and beverage options across the Arena. The Anecdote will also be open from 11:00 AM for guests wishing to arrive earlier for food and refreshments.
Please note that Coventry Building Society Arena is a cashless venue, and only card or contactless payments will be accepted.
