Game-Changing Learning: Coventry Building Society Arena Unveils New Staff Training Platform
Coventry Building Society Arena has partnered with a new learning technology provider to build a platform which will transform its staff training programmes.
The leading venue for sport, business and entertainment has partnered with Attensi to introduce a new gamified learning platform for existing and new members of staff.
The Engage and Comply platform uses interactive simulations, mini-games and scenario-based learning to create a more engaging and effective training experience.
It comes as part of a wider investment from Coventry Building Society Arena in its HR, training and recruitment systems, including the introduction of TeamTailor, a platform designed to improve candidate experience and simplify the hiring process.
Attensi enables the Arena to deliver bespoke training modules tailored specifically to its operations, including areas such as compliance and disability awareness.
The system adopts a dynamic and bespoke approach, with delivery adaptable to accessibility needs, and the modules designed to reinforce knowledge through repetition and intelligent algorithms that adapt to individual learning progress.
Claire Collins, Head of HR at Coventry Building Society Arena, said: "We are really excited to be introducing this platform, and the buzz and enthusiasm weβve already seen from the team shows exactly how learning should be β fun, engaging and enjoyable, while still being informative.
βThis partnership with Attensi is an important step in our continued investment in our people and the systems that support them.
βBy modernising how we train, recruit and engage our teams, we are making learning more accessible and relevant to new generations, while also ensuring standards are maintained across the business.
βItβs fantastic to be able to give our teams something they can genuinely enjoy while they learn, and at the same time ensure they are knowledgeable and ready to deliver the best possible experience for our visitors."
Attensi, an AI-native scaleup company with offices in London, Boston and Oslo works with a range of global clients including retail banking, financial services, health, industry across hospitality and retail.
Its flexible platform will enable Coventry Building Society Arena to continue developing its training offering in line with needs, with the ability to create new modules and content in-house.
Krister Kristiansen CCO, COO at Attensi, added: "Weβre delighted to be working with Coventry Building Society Arena as they transform how learning drives performance across their organisation.
βBy harnessing game-based learning, this partnership goes beyond engagement to deliver tangible behaviour change at scale - helping teams apply skills in real situations and directly impact key business KPIs.
βThrough tailored simulations, branded experiences and the ability to create new content in-house, Coventry Building Society Arena is building a dynamic learning environment that evolves with its people.
