To help you plan your journey before you arrive and while you're on site, we’ve created an interactive travel planner and map powered by You Smart Thing.

    NO overnight queuing or camping is permitted. We strongly encourage early arrival to help reduce queues and ensure a smooth entry process. Please make sure you use the gate specified on your ticket, as entry will only be allowed through your designated gate.

  • All taxis, Ubers, and ride-share vehicles will be directed to Arena Shopping Park only, and no pick-ups will be permitted outside the Arena.

    Please note that Judds Lane will be closed to vehicles at the end of the event, so it will not be accessible for collection. Follow event signage and steward instructions when exiting the Arena.

  • Please ensure you have your digital tickets ready before arriving at the Arena. For any queries or issues with your tickets, your ticket provider is the first point of contact and will be able to assist you directly.

    Your tickets will be ready 5-7 days prior to the event.

    Accessible Tickets

    If you have purchased accessible tickets, your ticket will clearly state which gate you have been allocated for entry. Please ensure you use the designated accessible gate shown on your ticket.

    Important – Unauthorised Parking

    Please do not park in nearby unauthorised car parks or surrounding streets, as these areas are not managed or overseen by Coventry Building Society Arena and may form part of a local residents’ parking scheme. Vehicles parked in these areas may be subject to enforcement, and assistance cannot be provided by Arena staff or security.

    Only pre-booked Arena car parks are officially supported for this event.

  • Offsite Car Parking  

    Additional β€œpark and walk” parking options will be available nearby, including Arena Shopping Park, Coventry Welsh RFC.

    Please note parking at Arena Shopping Park will be available on ALL concert nights, while Coventry Welsh RFC will be available on Saturday 6th ONLY.

  • Shuttle Buses 

    A dedicated shuttle service will run between Coventry Train Station and the Arena, with pick-up and drop-off at Arena Shopping Park

    Shuttle buses will start operating from 14:00 for all concert nights and will run in both directions every 30 minutes.

  • Prohibited Items & Security Screening

    Security checks will be conducted at all entrances. All persons and bags are subject to search, and the Arena uses walkthrough detectors as part of the screening process. Please allow additional time for entry and follow steward instructions when approaching gates.

    Prohibited Items

    The following items are not permitted inside Coventry Building Society Arena:

    • No coolers, helmets, or large luggage

    • No bags over A4 size

    • No weapons or items that could be considered weapons

    • No party poppers, air horns, or alcohol

    • No glass, aluminium cans, or perfume bottles

    • No pyrotechnics, smoke bombs, or flares

    • No folding chairs or camping equipment

    • No professional cameras, tablets, or computers

    • No laser pointers or selfie sticks

    • No inflatables, balloons, or beach balls

    • No large umbrellas (collapsible umbrellas under 18” are permitted)

    • No drugs, psychoactive substances, or nitrous oxide

    • No drones or remote-controlled devices

    • No scooters, skateboards, or hoverboards

    • No items deemed inappropriate or offensive by the venue

  • β€œSee Something, Say Something”

    Your safety is our priority. We work closely with West Midlands Police as part of Project Servator, which involves visible policing and security measures across the Arena to help create a safe and secure environment for everyone.

    If you see something that doesn’t feel right, please speak up. Even a small concern can be important.

    You can:

    • Report directly to Arena staff, security, or police

    • Submit information anonymously via gov.uk/ACT

    • Call 999 in an emergency

  • Official event merchandise will be available at dedicated sales points across the site. Locations will include:

  • Please note that Coventry Building Society Arena is a CASHLESS venue, and only card or contactless payments will be accepted.

    Challenge 25 operates at the venue. Please be prepared to show valid ID when buying alcohol.

    Restricted Areas

    The clubs memorial garden is a dedicated area for supporters family and friends in the north-east corner outside the arena. There will be NO drinking, eating or littering in that area.

    Food & Drink

    From classic fish & chips to loaded burgers, tacos, hot dogs and hearty curry, there’s something for every taste. Enjoy draught lager, cider and stout, along with a selection of cocktails and spirit mixers.

    Pitch Service

    Stay refreshed without missing a moment. Use our E-bar self-service stations or grab drinks from our roaming team around the pitch equipped with caddies and backpacks, bringing drinks directly to you.

    West Stand Indoor

    Take a break in the West Stand indoor area, offering additional food and drink options with comfortable seating

    East Fan Village

    Head to the East Fan Village to explore a range of local vendors serving great food and drinks in a lively outdoor atmosphere.

  • Your safety and wellbeing are a priority at our event. A dedicated Safeguarding Team will be on site each day, working alongside our medical and welfare teams to provide support whenever it’s needed.

Getting Here

Coventry Building Society Arena is in the heart of the UK with excellent transport links to London, Birmingham and the Midlands. The venue is within two hour’s drive of 75 per cent of the country.

By rail, Coventry is 55 minutes from London and 20 minutes from Birmingham Airport, with easy access to the M6 and wider motorway network.
