About the role
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Receptionist, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a guest experience, you’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in the hotel.
Some of the duties you’ll undertake in this varied role include - telephone enquiries, reservations, preparing invoices and taking payments from our guests, conducting end of shift/day banking, and preparing for the shift ahead.
About you
The Night Receptionist welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.
There will be a wide range of tasks to perform during the night shift, such as:
To ensure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in the most professional way and without delay.
To ensure all guests details required are taken correctly.
To ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork produced.
To ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts with no discrepancies left behind.
Ensure security procedures are maintained according to policy.
Complete Express Check out departures to ensure Housekeeping Department is fully aware of the vacant rooms.
The night receptionist works on 4 days on 4 days off basis on a 10 hours shift.
You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.
You will enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
