Overview
Coventry Building Society Arena is looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor to manage all areas of the venue including office suites, football stadium, exhibition rooms and hospitality venues to continually deliver high standards of cleaning at all times.
Role and Responsibilities:
Take initiative to manage the cleaning team and to include areas that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
Complete staff rotas weekly in advance to include all events and deep cleans.
Hold regular weekly staff training sessions including toolbox talks.
Complete daily audits with staff members
Complete stock order and stocktake sheets weekly.
Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
Ensure Health & Safety, quality and general procedure compliance.
Ensure all parking areas and conference rooms are kept clean.
Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and objectives.
Ensure that all areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
Undertake any other reasonable tasks required by your direct line manager, head of department or senior leadership team.

Ability to work independently and use initiative.
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
Days, Nights & Weekends Availability.
Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role.
Hours of Work:
This role will be a guaranteed hours of 24 per week (working week being Monday – Sunday) excluding any eligible unpaid break of 20 minutes every 6 hours worked.
Hours worked above the minimum guaranteed hours will be paid at your normal hourly rate unless stated and agreed otherwise.
All time and attendance must be recorded accurately using the company’s time and attendance system.
Working shifts must be scheduled and authorised by your line manager or senior management.
