At Coventry Building Society Arena, the “Grow With Us” campaign reflects a simple belief: events flourish when they are properly nurtured.
The campaign represents the Arena’s commitment to supporting organisers at every stage of their journey from the first seed of an idea through to a fully realised, successful event. Just as plants need the right environment, care and attention to thrive, events need collaboration, expertise and the right venue to truly grow.
“Grow With Us” is about partnership. It highlights the Arena’s role not just as a host venue, but as a supportive team working behind the scenes to help events develop, evolve and return year after year. Whether it’s a first-time exhibition, a long-standing conference or a large-scale live event, the focus is on creating the conditions for long-term success.
What To Do
Step 1: Add your compost into the small pot provided and leave a little space at the top.
Step 2: Place the seeds from the packet in the little gap and cover with a thin layer of compost.
Step 3: Gently water until the soil is damp, not soaked (We recommend doing this over a sink).
Step 4: Place your pot on your desk.
Step 5: Keep the soil moist and watch for sprouts in 1-3 weeks.
