Primary school children from across the city take part in a kabaddi tournament

Primary school children from across the city took part in a Kabaddi tournament earlier today at Coventry Building Society Arena to celebrate the arrival of the Kabaddi World Cup which comes to Coventry tomorrow!

The youngsters have been learning how to play the sport thanks to Sky Blues in the Community delivering a Kabaddi programme to schools over recent months in partnership with the Council and United By 2022 Charity.

The day was also supported by Sporting Equals and Coventry Building Society.
