Dear Hotel Guests

With the health and well-being of our guests, partners and staff in mind, and in accordance with Government advice on the COVID-19 crisis, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close the DoubleTree by Hilton at Ricoh Arena until Monday 20th April 2020.

We will regularly review this date and will keep everyone informed through our channels. We will also be contacting future guests impacted by the decision.

Thank you to all of our loyal guests for their understanding in unprecedented circumstances and to the hard-working team at the DoubleTree by Hilton for their efforts to support people during this difficult time.
