ROUGE - CHRISTMAS PARTIES AT THE RICOH ARENA

Christmas parties rocketed by a staggering 77 per cent at the Ricoh Arena last year – and bookings for 2015 are already being taken.

A total of 7,632 guests enjoyed the Lost in Christmas themed parties last year compared to 4,300 the previous year.

Demand is again expected to be high when the Jaguar Indoor Arena is transformed into the magical atmosphere of a Parisian burlesque theme of Rouge.

Exotic costumes, vibrant sets, brilliantly choreographed performances, fairground rides, a live band and DJ along with a three-course feast will give guests a festive glow ahead of the big day.

Joanne Whitmore, sales executive at the Ricoh Arena, said it was never too early to start planning Christmas!

“Christmas is always a magical time of year and our parties take months of planning which is why we start the process before the clocks have gone forward,” she said.

“We want to make sure our guests have the best possible time which is why forward-thinking is important.

“The set designs are already starting to take shape, our chefs have devised the seasonal menu and the fairground rides and entertainment have been booked.

“We are renowned for providing Christmas parties with a difference due to our varied themes and this year is no exception.

“The Rouge theme is a chance to raise the curtain on fantastic entertainment and a night to remember in the countdown to Christmas.

“Once again, we will be providing guests with an evening of first-class food and entertainment whether it is a group of friends, family or work colleagues.

“We receive bookings from groups of two to 1,600 because our party nights can be enjoyed by everyone.

“The response to last year’s Christmas parties was phenomenal. Our four original dates were a complete sell-out and we had to add an additional night which was also sold out.

“This year we are increasing our party nights to seven since we are expecting demand to be high once again so we would encourage party organisers to make the most of the Early Bird prices and book before their summer holidays!”

The Rouge Christmas parties will be held at the Ricoh Arena on Thursday, December 10, Friday, December 11, Saturday, December 12, Thursday, December 17, Friday, December 18, Saturday, December 19 and Sunday, December 20 from 7pm.

Early Bird prices on Thursdays and Sundays before June 30 are £45 per person and £50 afterwards, while the Early Bird prices for Fridays and Saturdays are £49.50 and £55 afterwards.
