Rugby League World Cup 2021 host Ricoh Arena of Coventry today joined the growing list of venues opening their doors to fans through a digital tournament booking platform – ‘Squad Trips’ - that will enhance the event experience of thousands of World Cup supporters.
The innovative one-stop-shop ‘Squad Trips’ will provide instant access to tickets as part of a package with accommodation and access to local attractions and experiences in host cities which now includes Coventry as well as Leeds, York, Manchester, and Newcastle - the venues for the final and opening game weekends, respectively.
Additionally, fans who have already booked their place at RLWC2021 during the ticket sales phases have the chance to add accommodation and/or activities to their previous ticket purchases and create memories outside of the 80 minutes, offering something for every fan whether they are attending their first match or a loyal supporter.
Coventry will play host to the much anticipated Australia (Men) v Scotland (Men) on Friday 29th October 2021at Ricoh Arena.

There will be a wide range of accommodation and experience options available on the platform that will enable fans to build their own bespoke squad trip via one single transaction.

About Rugby League World Cup 2021
The Rugby League World Cup is the pinnacle major event of rugby league, globally contested every four years. RLWC2021 will be a breakthrough moment in the tournament’s history with the men’s, women’s and wheelchair competitions being staged together for the first time.
The three tournaments will take place across 21 venues throughout England. Both the women’s and wheelchair competitions will be contested by two groups of four teams, whilst the men’s tournament will see 16 teams compete across four groups.
